What fantastic service! I was able to park out the back for free, Brad, one of the owners, looked at my machine straight away and fixed it right then and there! It took less than 20 minutes and cost only $20! Best value for money and great service. Thank you.

These people have been amazing. I bought a second hand industrial overlocker from them. I was calling all the time with questions they were always happy to answer and when something on it broke they came all the way to Mandurah from Wangara to pick it up and fix it. I'd give them 100++ stars if I could. I will only be buying my machines from them from now on

I bought a new Bernina from this business from EBay it was a new machine that was no longer being made it was a backup machine well the backup machine is useless has been used 3 times for button holes but the foot pedal no longer works you have to pull it in and out for it to recognise or stitch $250 is very expensive door stop I contacted store by email no response thoroughly disappointed with my first Bernina experienceI have since been contacted, I’m happy with the friendly contact and free foot pedal replacement including shipping I would shop here again thanks I hope sewing machine works now
