Friendly staff, very helpful and know their products. Also, had to refund some roller blinds from last month's sale and was able to change colours with no problems.

Had a large range of fabrics, craft, and baking supplies, was easy to get to, and the place was well signed. Staff member at the checkout was a little rude, but may have been having an off day. The range of party supplies did not match the online store and therefore I was unable to get the items I was after.

I needed a cord lock ( toggle ) of a specific size. They only had one style/size, too large for my project. Staff member helped me look. No offer to order any in.

The store itself I think is relatively good. However, the way one of the employees treated me was blatantly rude. I don’t blame her for not wanting to work at such a late time for someone her age (short, blonde, young looking staff member.) but she shouldn’t have treated me with such disrespect. I will gladly return to the store as long as I am not served by her again.

Good reasonable options for bed linen and pillows. They have exclusive discounts for Vip club members and you can easily become a member by signing up online. It's free and it gets activated immediately. I activated it while in the store and was able to get additional discount. Just have to quote your registered phone number or Vip member number at the counter. Went in on a Saturday so it was crowded but the sales counter staff were efficient and didn't have to wait for too long in the billing queue. A good experience overall.

Took advantage of the sales and purchased upholstery fabric for various projects. Lucky it was not busy so nice to walk around and view items on sale. Hand sanitation station on entry, parking close by, good ventilation and air conditioning.
